7

When do you come to service my trash and recycling bins?
We follow local trash and recycling schedules and holidays. Service will normally take place the same day that your trash is picked up (Monday - Friday).

8

How will I know you are coming?
Great Question! Here's the process. 1) You sign up online. 2) You'll receive a welcome email and text (if you requested text updates). 3) The day before your service each month, you'll get an email as well as a text, letting you know we'll be coming. 4) We'll let you know via the same methods that your service was completed and bill your credit card on file. Typically, your service will be the same day and week each month we service your cans - i.e. 3rd Tuesday of the month.

9

Does someone need to be at my home or business during cleaning?
No! Cleaning of your dumpster or bins does not require anyone present. We arrive at the suggested time and complete the service without you having to take time out of your day.

10

Why should I have my trash bin professionally cleaned?
Just using a hose and bleach to clean your trash and recycle bins is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria and diseases that breed in your bins, such as: Tuberculosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Covid.
